Individual Online Sessions
8- Week Mindfulness Get Started Package:
Across eight, 45-minute weekly sessions we will introduce you to Mindfulness and have you started practicing on your own. Cost is $150.
Topics covered are:
- Meditation basics (posture, gear)
- Meditating with focus on the breath and body,
- Working with emotions
- Dealing with that crazy monkey mind
- Opening our hearts to ourselves and others
- Sticking to a daily practice
Private Online Guided Session- Anytime
Want a real person to guide you through a meditation just for you?
We offer a personal online meditation at any frequency you like- daily, weekly, whenever you feel like it. The 30 minute session will offer a brief introduction and time for your questions plus a 25 minute meditation. Cost is $25 per session, or get a 10 class pass for $180.
